Lampshades: £20 p&p including insurance up to the value of each lampshade.
We understand that your new lampshade needs to be packed and delivered with care, so we offer an insured 48 Hour tracked signed for delivery service within the UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Each shade over 35cm diameter is wrapped in a 100% Recycled calico bag and then packed using #reused packaging. We offer an optional upgrade to Next Day delivery however please note that ready-made items orders received after 11 am will be shipped next working day. Contact us via email if you would like this option. We aim to ship all our ready made items within 3-5 working days, (excluding weekends and holidays). If for any reason we are not able to do this we will contact you by email. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as couriers. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
For bespoke orders, please allow up to 14 days for their creation plus delivery times as above.
Zip Bags: sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for delivery service.
For all deliveries, please allow for delays in receiving your order given the current climate with Royal Mail and Parcelforce staff shortages. This is outside our control.
An item is classified as lost when it is missing for 14 working days in the UK. Please allow for these timescales to pass then we can investigate further. If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbours, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing.
We offer a secure on-line payment system using SUMUP.
All prices are listed in UK pounds sterling. We reserve the right to cancel or decide an order for any reason, including orders for products with mis-published information, especially price. We do our very best to make our information right first time, but sometimes a mistake can slip the net. Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. so we will make every effort to be in touch with you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible via email.

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are accurate, however, please note that exact product dimensions may vary slightly, and while the colour reproduction of the goods is a close representation, we cannot accept responsibility for any variations in colour caused by browser software or PC systems.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, please note the following terms:
CANCELLING AN ORDER (if applicable)
Please contact us within 24hrs if you wish to cancel your order.
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the amount of the products at their purchase price excluding all delivery costs. Goods are returned at your own cost. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer an exchange. Returns cannot be accepted on made-to-order items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
All items must be in their original condition, with their branded Calico bag(s) if applicable, and in the original packaging for your return to be accepted and a full refund to be issued. We reserve the right to send back to you any items returned that do not match this criteria. In that instance, a refund will not be issued.
Once a return has been received, it will be checked to ensure it meets our return criteria and a full refund will be issued to the same method of payment used when making the purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The condition of the returned products is left solely to the discretion of RRRR.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Due to the bespoke nature of each item, unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
We strive to maintain very high-quality standards but if you have received an RRRR product that is faulty in any way please accept our sincere apologies. We kindly ask that you email us at email@example.com
Any damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items, we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period.
